NO WARRANTY APPLIES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
When the washing instructions detailed on the label have not been followed.
Contact of the garment with chemicals that discolor it.
Contact of the garment with bleaches.
Product altered or modified by the customer.
It will be verified that the product meets the requirements demanded by the brand and the inspection of the garment will be carried out.
The quality control department has a maximum of 10 business days to respond to complaints, during which time all pertinent studies will be carried out to determine the warranty problem
