The payment methods used by us are those established by Bozinga.com for international payments and other more accessible means for national payments.

El monto de venta del producto ya incluye las tarifas de exportación como los aranceles, impuestos y otros valores aplicables, de modo que el COMSUMIDOR no deberá realizar ningún pago adicional al recibir su producto.
A nuestros productos ofertados les son aplicables los Términos y Condiciones Generales. En caso de existir alguna contradicción con lo establecido en esta Política de pagos, prevalecerán las disposiciones del presente documento.
En algunos países, los productos internacionales podrían tener limitaciones en cuanto a los medios de pagos disponibles para su adquisición.
En virtud del Artículo 275 del Estatuto Aduanero, en una compra u orden internacional, el Cliente:
Solo podrá adquirir seis (6) unidades de la misma referencia.
El valor total de la orden no puede superar el valor de Dos mil dólares americanos (USD 2.000) y, El peso total de la orden no puede exceder cincuenta (50) kilogramos.
El idioma de la documentación complementaria incluida en los productos, tales como instructivos y advertencias de seguridad, podría ser diferente al español. El Comprador será responsable de usar debidamente el producto.

FACTORES PARA CALCULAR EL COSTO DE ENVÍO
1. Tipo de producto.
Clasificamos los productos de tu pedido según su naturaleza es decir: tangibles

2. Peso y dimensiones del producto.
Para el cálculo del costo del envío se toma en cuenta el peso que sea mayor entre el peso específico y el peso volumétrico, es decir, si el peso específico de un producto es de 1.5 kg, pero por sus dimensiones dan un peso volumétrico de 5 kg, se tomará en cuenta éste último para realizar el cálculo.

El tamaño de los productos juega un papel fundamental pues, según las dimensiones del producto, será el tamaño del paquete final.
3. Origen y destino del producto.
Debes saber que no todos los productos NO se encuentran en nuestro almacén principal, pues tendremos diferentes zonas de producción y son ellos quienes realizan todo el proceso de envío; por esta razón, es posible que tus productos provengan de diferentes ciudades.

Si agregas más de un producto a tu carrito de compras y el origen no es el mismo para todos, entonces no podremos despachar todos tus productos en el mismo envío.
Ten en cuenta que, al realizar tu compra, puedes elegir entre el envío regular o el envío express, con éste último, tu producto llegará en un tiempo menor al establecido al pagar un monto extra en el costo de envío (esta opción no aplica para todos los productos).

Cuál es el costo de envío:

Al agregar uno o más de un producto a tu carrito de compras, nuestro sistema calcula el costo de envío tomando en cuenta factores como el origen, el peso y sus dimensiones del producto, el destino de entrega, etc.
Primero, los productos pasan por estos criterios individualmente. Después, en caso de poder ser agrupados (consolidados) y enviados en un mismo paquete, el sistema vuelve a realizar un cálculo de esta agrupación para obtener el costo de envío final.


Delivery Policy

1. Register your return
Remember that you can only return a product once you have already received it.

Otherwise, if your product is still marked as "On the way" it means that we have not received the confirmation of the package, however you can confirm the receipt of your package by clicking within Return on "I already received it" with this you will confirm that you have the product and you can start the return process without problems.
Remember to only do this if you have the product physically in your hands, once this action has been confirmed, you will not be able to initiate a claim of non-receipt.
Fill in all the requested information in a very specific way, the more details about the reason for your return you can provide us, it will be easier to process it.
REMEMBER THAT you must paste each guide generated by product, the destination of each product may be different.

2. Download and print your return guide
Once you have confirmed your return in step 1 on the next screen you can download your return guide to be printed or we will send it to you by email in less than 48 hours.
In case you cannot print it at that time, this option will be enabled up to 5 business days after starting the return process (the same time you have to use the guide). So if you do not use it within this time, we will not be able to accept your return. This option will be within the details of your order.
* If your product is large, the return guide is different and we will send it to you by email in less than 48 hours.
3. Pack your product and paste your return guide
Store the product as you received it and in good condition: in its original packaging and in the box or envelope in which we sent it to you.
Glue the parcel guide to the outside of this box or packaging. Please do not do it directly in the original packaging of the product as the glue could damage it and this would cause the return to be rejected.
Be sure to include all the instructional accessories and labels that you received. Each generated guide is assigned to a specific return. Please paste each guide generated by product, the destination of each one may be different and if they arrive at the wrong destination you will not be able to receive a correct refund.
4. Send
Send us your package taking it directly to the nearest Serviantega branch or to the one we specify in your email.
* If your product is large, the collection is mandatory and we will contact you to schedule it. Please note that the return process for products with these characteristics may take time.
Normally the product lasts 3-5 business days on the way.
We will notify you by email when your product reaches our warehouse.
5. Approval and refund
Once the product is received, we will carry out a quality control for 3 business days to determine its status. If the return is successful, we will immediately send you the amount paid for the product.

Remember that the refund time will depend on the payment method you have chosen.
RETURN OF STANDARD PRODUCTS



• Choose the reason for your return. Please be very specific in the comments about the reasons for your return.

RETURN OF LARGE PRODUCTS
