We know you want your Weber grill in tip-top shape and outfitted with the latest Weber grilling gear. That's why we treat every order with special attention and make sure we process it as quickly as possible. We Sweat The Small Stuff We take pride in having the most rigorous quality control measures in the industry. Every lid is examined for perfection. Every igniter tested. Every burner lit and valve inspected before it leaves the factory. Because if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.
No such thing as perfection? We do our best to disprove that with every Weber grill we create. We have an extensive team devoted to R&D.

We only deliver orders in the Republic of Colombia. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or other conditions, such as suspected fraud, non-existent inventory, among others. Order delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external conditions. We do not guarantee delivery at specific times. We reserve the right to restrict delivery service in certain areas. All delivery requires paved access.
For large product order deliveries, the cost includes shipping to buildings to the front door. For deliveries on upper floors, you must coordinate payment with the carrier.
Only deliveries will be made to the cardholder. In case of requiring delivery to a third person, the client must coordinate and specify it in the order, who can request the signing of an authorization document. We do not deliver to hotels, hostels or hospitality services.
The client agrees that a photograph or copy of his personal identification document be taken at the time of delivery, if required. The customer must check the status of the product before signing the delivery document. If the customer or the person receiving detects defects in the products, they must refuse delivery of the product. Once the order is delivered, no claims are accepted in relation to the conditions of the products due to the manipulation of these in the delivery process.
In the event of a change in the delivery date, the customer must coordinate with the agent before the agreed delivery date. If the delivery of the order cannot be made, it will be canceled and the product must be withdrawn at any of our stores. Any costs incurred in connection with the order management process will be charged.
WITHDRAWAL IN STORE (WHEN AVAILABLE)
The client must appear at the store where he requested the withdrawal of his order in a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the date the order was placed. The client agrees that a photograph or copy of his identification document be taken. The customer may request a review of the product before receiving it.
If at the end of the delivery period the customer has not picked up the order at the requested branch, the order will be canceled and a delivery note will be generated that must be picked up by the customer at the store. Any costs incurred with respect to the order management process will be charged from the amount of the credit note.
If the product you ordered is not of the characteristics described, has a manufacturing defect or is not what you expected, you can request the first exchange or return without additional charge, you must select at once all the product you want to return or exchange. Remember that the products to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Remember that this is only valid if the product you purchased has already been delivered and you are within 20 calendar days. To do the return or exchange process, follow these simple steps:
1.- Enter the section Login, "My account" on our page www.webercolombia.com
2.- Look for the "My orders" tab and click on order details
3.- Click on the button "Request a return"
4.- Enter the product / s you want to change or return, we remind you to specify at the same time all the items you want to change or return to avoid logistics charges for making a subsequent request. By selecting the return we will be granting you through a coupon the amount you paid for said item.
5.- Enter the reason for it.
6.- If your return is by default, we ask you to comment on the defect that the item presents
7.- Once you have specified all the items you wish to exchange or return, when you click on send, the system will generate a confirmation window.
8.- In a period of 2 business days we will contact you to follow up on the return or exchange.
9.- Once customer service I sent the guide to your email, you should print it and stick it to the box where you received the Weber product.
10.- Deliver it to the parcel that is indicated in the mail at the time it is presented at your home to make the collection.
11.- Once we receive your return, your coupon will be processed. The coupon will be sent to your mail. .

12.- We do not make money refunds unless it is due to proven force majeure. We have a period of no more than 90 days to do so.
